唔知大家有冇玩過攀石咁呢
當然唔係出去攀d懸崖峭壁啦
我講緊嘅係人造石場

其實觀塘有個市政體育館有個好大嘅攀石場
仲要係全港得呢兩個咁大嘅攀石場
個攀登牆高12米、闊17米
係石硤尾同順利分別都有咁大同室外嘅攀石場

比少少官方資料你丫

順利攀石場設有7條攀登線路

開放時間：
每日早上9時至晚上11時
(定期保養日除外)

定期保養日
每月第1及第3個星期一上午9時 至 下午3時
(如該日為公眾假期，保養日則順延至下1個工作天進行。)

收費:免費

只要去申請報考個攀石証，就可以入去訂架啦
親身到順利體育館辦理預訂手續

交通: 23, 26, 26m, 27, 29m, 42, 95 巴士係順利體育館落

SPD4459 第二十五回 - 九龍灣 Mega Box 溜冰場~

天氣愈黎愈凍啦, 可惜香港點凍都唔會凍到D河流結冰啦, 不過都唔洗咁灰心GE, 因為我地有個可以望到180度海景GE溜冰場當補返數啦~! 位於九龍灣 Mega Box GE 溜冰場地方夠哂大, 有時候仲會見到D溜冰高手係到玩花式溜冰~!見到佢地咁勁真係好想好似佢地咁叻, 不過佢地係經過長期訓練, 小朋友咪亂學呀~!身為初哥GE我地都係乖乖地扶住側邊行幾個圈先啦><""

Weather getting cold , unfortunately Hong Kong will not freeze to the river , but do not be discouraged, because there are 180-degree view at the ice rink. Kowloon Bay Mega Box skating rink where big enough contempt, sometimes you may see the skating expert to play there ~! it make me really want to skating like them, but they are through long-term training, so it is danger for children if they didn't train before ~! as a novice, maybe we should hold on to the side and turn a few round before we start> <""

睇完D靚靚GE家居設計, 係時候回到小時代啦~! Småland兒童樂園提供左個地方比小朋友玩, 有波波池啦, 小型蜘蛛網比小朋友活動下, 雖然我地已經過左年齡無得入去玩, 但係出面見到D小朋友玩得咁開心自己GE心情都會變得特別好^^

SPD4459 Hey, Playattention!!(24) Kowloon Bay IKEA

Today i would like to share with you about shopping at IKEA, This IKEA is located at Kowloon Bay, Mega Box which is hold for full 3 floors, it is really large, and available for the family to walk during holiday.

IKEA's furniture is design to be self-assembled with small pics, consumer can DIY the house by themselves , also there are some interior design to showcase for the customer, it may bring you many idea even motive you to re-design your home~!

After shopping, it is time to go back to a kids, Småland provide a place for child to play, even we are grow up, but when we see the children happy face, it also make me feel happy and good mood.

If you are tried for shopping, you can have a break at IKEA cafe, the meet ball is my favorite that i will order at every time i go there:D

SPD4459 第十九回 - Kwun Tong MG Cafe 海濱旁的精緻咖啡店

平日大家過住咁忙既生活，工作既工作，讀書既讀書，所以得閒緊係要輕鬆下啦~所以我就向大家推介一下一間位於觀塘既Cafe-MG Cafe

個人非常喜歡呢種可以坐得耐既CAFE，重點MG Cafe係較為靜既區域-寧靜既觀塘海濱道旁，有種難得的悠閒感。觀塘區近年來都多左好多係工廠區內既小CAFE，不過似MG CAFE呢類走精緻風格既可算是觀塘區內獨有的，既提供餐點輕食又有品質錯的咖啡。

Everyone is busy on their dairy life because we need to work and study. So I suggest that you can go to this cafe-MG Cafe for relaxing your weekend.

I like MG Cafe because they permit you stay for a long time, even half of the day! The ket point is MG Cafe is located at the Kwun Tong quiet seaside road, so you can feel the sense of leisurely.
